Le 13 octobre 2020, October 13th 2020, Montreal presented its digital data chart. Here is a short translation of the original post in French “La charte des données numériques de Montréal pour les droits de la personne, le bien commun et l’avenir, octobre 2020“.
The chart comes in 3 different commitments and composed of 13 principles:
A. Guaranteeing human rights in the digital age
B. Ensuring the primacy of the general interest and the common good
C. Putting data to benefit the future
